Managing Director
A twenty-year career developing communication and engagement programmes for global technology and telco clients. Lucy's experience spans some of the largest change projects including such as the NHS National Programme for IT.

Dr Carolyn Mair

Cognitive Psychologist
Dr Carolyn Mair is a Chartered Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and published academic. She holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, an MSc in Research Methods, and a BSc in Applied Psychology and Computing.

James Powell

Senior Consultant
