Faced with low adoption rates of its newly launched AWE Capital Platform, AWE needed to drive user engagement across its supplier network. To tackle this challenge, Pace enlisted the services if Align & Adopt, who conducted in-depth research with contractors and engineers to uncover barriers to adoption and identify compelling messaging strategies. By understanding the mindset and behaviours of the target audience, Align & Adopt crafted a strategic framework that addressed motivations, objections, and provided key messaging themes. The results increased platform adoption by 348.9% and fostered a new culture within AWE’s supply chain.
